At Wirth Hats, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your hat in its original box to prevent crushing during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
